I was looking through some old pictures on my iMac, when I noticed some photos I took using an iPhone app called “CamWow,” which doesn’t seem to be in existence anymore. It definitely had some cool effects, as far as making my original painting titled “From the Inside Out,” 2012, (above left) look different. This first manipulation through the CamWow app just changes the colors, but scroll down to see some more interesting and funky effects.
Okay, now it’s getting a little more interesting; check these out. The one below right becomes a totally different “painting” and could be inspiration for a new painting!
Here’s two more … I’m just curious, since CamWow isn’t around anymore, does anyone have a suggestion for a new iPhone image filter app that you think is fun to use? Share your thoughts in the comments section below.
