In January 2010 I had the opportunity to exhibit my paintings at the Glen Ridge Train Station, which is also referred to as the Glen Ridge Community Center.
The show was up from January 11 – February 26, 2010, and I’m happy to say I sold a number of works from this show. My favorite situation in this case was where a family that I knew was in attendance, and the son – who was only a 5th grader – turned to his mom and said “can we buy that one?” And they did – for the 5th grader to hang in his bedroom. I wonder if he still has it now, 13 years later?
